Veteran music star Rod Stewart is set to tell all about his life as a rock and roll lothario after signing a book deal and he promises to “hold nothing back”.
The singer has signed a global book deal with Random House for a memoir next year, after being persued for years to spill his secrets and let his fans in on what really happened in his wild years.
Stewart said “Forget skeletons in the closet, this one’s going to be sock and kinckers under the bed!”.
The much anticipated memoris for Rod Stewart is expected to hit bookshelves in October 2012, just in time for the all important Christmas book sales boom.
The published said that the as-yet-untitled book, would be a “candid and romping look back at his life both on and off the stage”.
Father of eight, Rod said “I thought long and hard before committing to write my book. It’s a funny old thing telling my life story but I truly intend to hold noth back”.
