Ever wanted to own a limited edition, first edition, hardback book? Now, thanks to Unbound, not only is this possible but you can also have your say in which bokos get published.

Unbound is something a little different, something interesting. Unbound is a crowdfunding project that allows writers to pitch ideas directly to readers who, if they are interested, pledge financial support.

Once the target has been met, the author will write the book with supporters receiving anything from an ebook to a limited first edition and lunch with the author, depending on what level of investment has been pledged.

Unbound make this possible by removing the middlemen & marketers, dealing directly with just the authors, readers and their great ideas.

Unbound have already got some great projects on the go and with your help, everyone can make them become reality. With projects from Terry Jones, Tibor Fischer, Amy Jenkins and others, crowdfundeding has reached new levels!

Other authors supporting the project include Bernard Cornwell, Philip Pullman and Noam Chomsky, all of which are yet to sign up with books proposals.

The authors on the site will be intially selected by its founders, but as the site develops, it’s expected to open up for new writers to pitch their ideas.
